This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail oriented professional to take on a broad administrative and coordination role. You must be highly organised, a strong communicator, and someone who takes ownership of their work. You will work closely with our Quality & Regulatory Manager, supporting the coordination of our regulatory relationships, documentation, reporting cycles, and stakeholder communications across multiple international markets.
Primary Responsibilities Administration & Coordination- Manage documentation, trackers, and filing systems to support quality and regulatory reporting cycles.
- Coordinate submissions, correspondence, and records across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Support preparation of reports and supporting documentation for review and audit processes.
- Assist in coordinating submissions to educational and professional bodies in South Africa and internationally.
- Track regulatory deadlines and support the team in meeting institutional obligations on time.
- Maintain a central reference of standards and requirements mapped to our programmes.
- Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external regulatory contacts.
- Issue reminders, guidance, and timelines to colleagues regarding deadlines and responsibilities.
- Help embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Administrative, project coordination, or office management experience.
- A degree in a relevant discipline.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in education, professional services, or a compliance adjacent environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail.
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
