Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding in South Africa to lead the onboarding experience for mid-market and enterprise customers. This role involves mentoring a high-performing onboarding team, ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value, and optimizing customer satisfaction.
You will design onboarding frameworks, improve processes, and act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to analyze customer data for continuous performance improvement.
