Our client is the leading global Importer of Record and Compliance Specialist for medical equipment and investigational products - servicing 1,000+ clients across 200+ destinations worldwide.
This is a foot in the door of a genuinely global sales operation. And it comes with commission.
The RoleYou'll work directly alongside an assigned Branch Manager - supporting the full sales cycle from first outreach through to deal closure. This role blends business development, CRM management, and client relationship support in a fast moving international environment.

What You'll Be Doing- Research and qualify potential clients using internal tools and platforms
- Organise leads and contact data in HubSpot and supporting spreadsheets
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book meetings for your Branch Manager
- Persistently follow up with leads and re engage cold or inactive prospects
- Book meetings from inbound leads generated through marketing
- Engage with individuals interacting with our client's LinkedIn content and ads
- Support the sales cycle from lead to close, assisting with proposal preparation and submission
- Confirm service capabilities in line with client requirements
- Monitor and support deal progression through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and communications in the CRM
- Ensure professionalism and consistency across all client interactions
- Assist with post meeting follow up and relationship nurturing
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to identify opportunities and optimise outreach strategies
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent
- Strong academic record
- Previous experience in sales, client engagement, or CRM is advantageous
- Personable, professional, and engaging communicator
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Persistent - comfortable with follow up and resilient to rejection
- Driven, ambitious, and a quick learner
- Flexible on working hours based on the region you're assigned to
