Front-Desk Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at the Invictus Education Group, Support Office. The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.
The best fit for this position would be someone who is excited about being the first point of contact at the office.
Responsibilities- Greeting clients and visitors, including issuing access tags, parking discs, and maintaining visitor logs where necessary.
- Answering the switchboard, screening calls, routing calls as necessary.
- Managing the recruitment website and recruitment processes.
- Managing staff contact lists across all communication channels.
- Managing inventory of supplies and restocking as needed. Receiving deliveries, sorting, signing and distributing as necessary.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
