We're looking for an End-User Support Technician to join a dynamic Operations Management Centre (OMC) team, where you'll play a critical role in keeping business systems running smoothly across multiple sites.
If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with people, and being the go-to tech expert, this role is for you.
- Provide end-user support across desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support users both remotely and on-site across multiple locations
- Restore functionality and ensure minimal downtime for business operations
- Log, track, and escalate issues via ticketing systems
- Work closely with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders
- Deliver a high standard of customer-focused IT support
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support / end-user support
- Solid experience with:
- Windows environments (Windows 10/11)
- Microsoft Office / O365
- Basic networking & troubleshooting
- Windows environments (Windows 10/11)
- Exposure to Active Directory and ticketing systems is highly advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- National Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSE, ITIL) are highly beneficial
- Valid driver's licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to provide on-site support when required
