- Install, configure, and tune Red Hat OpenShift clusters
- Ensure high availability and security configuration
- Monitor and maintain OpenShift environments
- Provide patching, scaling, and troubleshooting support
- Work with IBM and client infrastructure teams to ensure compliance
- Practical experience in RHOS installation and lifecycle support
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, persistent storage, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with IBM MAS requirements
