Key Responsibilities: All tasks below are done under the direction of the OM
• To oversee all Operations and Maintenance activities for a wind power generating facility to include but not limited to; Substation & HV work, Dynamic Volt-Amperes Reactive system, collection system equipment, balance of plant activities and wind turbine generator (WTG) units.
• Develop cost effective programs to further operations and maintenance.
• Effectively lead/direct the contractors at site.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance (oversite) of the Wind Turbines, substation, and BOP facilities.
• Provide oversight of safe and reliable wind farm operations and site personnel and contractors (including the creation of site procedures and policies).
• Person who leads by example to ensure compliance with all processes, procedures and policies while maintaining standards of the corporate code of conduct in all employees under supervision.
• Interact with local utilities, regulatory agencies, local government/community, and landowners.
• Monitors and controls plant operating budget and budget forecasts.
• Perform Up-Tower Inspections (QA/QC) at varying frequencies based off customer or company needs to verify the turbine maintenance is being performed by the Service Provider per the contractual agreement, which includes climbing up the applicable turbine(s) tower vertical straight ladders in excess of 80 meters, wearing necessary climbing harness, climbing helmet, rescue kit, and other necessary tooling necessary for the job.
• Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in all concerns, including but not limited to; environmental, NERC/FERC, local laws, and regulations.
• Complete projects assigned by AM or others.
• Directly reports to the Exus Asset Manager.
• Travel as needed.
Qualifications
• Technical 2–4-year college degree or comparable certifications preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations and maintenance of a wind or energy facility.

Position Overview
As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Wake Energy Center.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Prepare and implement plant operating and maintenance procedures ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and Local requirements.
• Recruit, select, train and manage plant operating, maintenance and administrative staff.

Job Summary
The PG O&M Contract (Senior) Supervisor will work with supply chain to negotiate O&M vendor agreements for specific generating facilities. They will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance to the terms and conditions of negotiated agreements, as well as taking appropriate action when terms and conditions are not being met.
Job Responsibilities
• Provides daily oversight of O&M vendor to ensure proper operation and maintenance of generating facilities.
• Works with O&M vendor, PG Outage Management, and PG Plant Projects to establish long-term project, outage, and maintenance schedules to ensure availability and reliability of generation assets.
• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling and execution of plans developed. Optimizes facility performance by recognizing the changing conditions, variations in load, availability and capability of O&M staff to optimize staff and facility performance.
• Evaluates the operations and maintenance procedures for all equipment. Promotes a workplace that encourages creative thinking, involvement, and diversity.
• Coaches, mentors, counsels, and evaluates performance of O&M vendor. Major responsibility for safety, and promotes and encourages safe behavior. Sets policies and practices to ensure adequate equipment availability.
• Ensures compliance with all environmental regulations. Maintains a good relationship with the community.
• Works closely with the O&M vendor and PG Engineering on all aspects of facility operations and maintenance.
• Provides reports to PG directors and executives regarding O&M activities and budget.
• This role requirestravel across our solar sites, approximately 25% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business related field. In lieu of degree, the candidate must have 5 years of generating facility experience in a leadership role, including oversight of budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities
Job Purpose Provide technical support of development activities and project management overview of the construction of wind and solar farms across the United States, with support to other markets as necessary. Provide due diligence review of all project construction-related documents, contracts, and fieldwork.
Key Accountabilities
The key responsibilities will include as a minimum the following in support of renewable projects:
• Provide technical due diligence of wind, solar and transmission projects during the development and construction phase.
• Review construction documents for completeness and compliance with utility interconnect agreements, power purchase agreements, land lease agreements, environmental permits, and good industry practice.
• Ability to support early development projects with constructability reviews, indicative pricing and early engineering.
• Work with Patterns preconstruction and development groups in the development, solicitation and award of construction services for various projects.
• Negotiate and administer any construction contracts entered into by Pattern with EPC contractors, construction management entities, equipment suppliers and any others.
• Provide overview of interface with major equipment suppliers.

• Ensure documents and drawings required by interconnect and power purchase agreements are provided in a timely manner.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION Educational Experience
• Eight or more years progressive responsible experience in the power industry with significant wind energy experience. Transmission, solar is a plus.
• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering or construction management with a strong focus on electrical is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to complete multi-million dollar construction projects on schedule and within budget. Field experience desirable.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $139,000 - $160,000 USD. What You Have
