Responsibilities

Job Overview: Supervising staff. Ensure development and growth across all categories by achieving revenue and volume targets as per Annual Operating Plan. Market visits. Promote sales by introducing merchandising and display techniques to Sales Reps. Keep the organization informed of competitor activity and customer status. Business development and growth of customer base. Ability to access, analyze sales and apply insights into sales reports to drive growth.

  • Compile and implement sales & promotional plan
  • Visit and support customers
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Compile monthly Sales reports
Qualifications
  • 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification or equivalent
  • 3 years working experience in FMCG environment, with 1 year in a selling role/selling experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Leadership skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good clerical and computer skills
