External Sales and Service Advisor Lead OBR
Job Description
To drive sales performance by applying established processes to achieve individual targets within the assigned area. Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and exceptional service delivery. Qualifications- Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher qualification.
- Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
- Execute own work in accordance with organisational values and code of ethics.
- Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards, escalating problems for investigation and resolution.
- Identify and elevate risk as part of normal work processes.
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures in line with compliance and governance requirements.
- Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
- Deliver work accurately to ensure consistent results.
- Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that improve service delivery and quality.
- Adhere to quality standards, turnaround times, and company policies and procedures.
- Complete relevant administration, reporting and information updates accurately and on time.
- Achieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and maintain an acceptable cost of sales ratio through pipeline management and sales quality.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and grow the organisational client base while containing costs.
- Assist with retaining or signing unbanked customers to improve profitability.
- Maximise sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
- Maintain specialised knowledge on all approved products, application procedures, fulfilment processes and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
- Maximise cross selling opportunities.
- Drive adoption of digital and other self service options across the client base.
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within the team.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible use of work related resources.
