Job Description
Telesure Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for a night shift role in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, capturing data for insurance claims, and promoting additional products to meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a call center, preferably within the short-term insurance industry. A Grade 12/SAQA equivalent is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
