Customer Service Representatives are Mr Price's customer satisfaction champions, turning frustrated shoppers into loyal fans. Based at customer service desks in larger stores, you'll handle the most important interactions resolving issues, processing returns and ensuring every customer leaves happy.

What Does a Customer Service Representative Do?
  • Complaint Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with frustrations, investigate issues, find solutions, and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Process product returns and exchanges, verify receipts, inspect returned items, issue refunds or store credit, and explain return policies clearly.
  • Information Provision: Answer product questions, provide pricing information, explain promotions, direct customers to correct departments, and support Sales Assistants with customer queries.
  • Escalation Management: Handle situations beyond Cashier or Sales Assistant authority, coordinate with Store Manager on complex issues, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Customer Database: Record customer feedback, log complaints for analysis, track resolution outcomes, and provide data for service improvement initiatives.

    • Annual Salary: R90,000-R132,000

Requirements Essential:
