Management Couple

Coastal Reserve in the Western Cape is looking for an experienced couple.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in 5-star properties
  
• Own transport
  
• Valid driver's licence (essential)
  
• Strong team management and time management skills
  
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
  
• Able to work independently without supervision
  
• Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
  

Role 1 of the couple:

• Level 1 MarineGuide Qualification (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) - all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
  
• Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
  
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  
• Basic HR knowledge
  
• Valid PDP
  

Role 2 of the couple:

• All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
  
• PAN knowledge (essential)
  
• Basic HR knowledge
  
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  
• Driver's licences would be an advantage
  
• Market-related salary

• Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
  
• 21 days annual leave
  
• Uniform provided
  
• 13th cheque (dependent on company performance)
