About the Role

As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel and services
  • Manage calls, emails, and front desk communication
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns
  • Maintain a neat and organised reception area
Requirements
  • Previous reception or front office experience in hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Experience with hotel systems (Opera advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights if required
