Conveyancer

A highly regarded firm in Cheshire is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing solicitor/fee earner to join the team. This long established team has been servicing the Cheshire area for over 90 years and has a loyal repeat client base. The team is Lexel and CQS accredited.

You will handle a busy and varied caseload of property transactions, handling conveyancing matters from inception through to completion. This will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold
• Extensive client contact
• Re-mortgages

You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with proven experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion.
