Branch Advisor FAIS

Hello Future Branch Advisor As a Branch Advisor , you will be responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice and to walk in and existing clients within a high-volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and FNB governance. Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations. Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals and in accordance with FAIS requirementsStay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
