Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to perform duties that include, but are not limited to:

- Escalating complaints or complex customer queries to supervisors and branch managers.
- Providing clients with technical assistance on AVBOB Member Value products and services.
- Building positive client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Documenting processes and customer interactions.
- Using post-service surveys to identify possible client service concerns.
- Assisting with proactive intervention steps where service concerns are identified.
- Monitoring emerging trends in client services.
- Supporting the team in applying useful client service trends.
