Introduction

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing the organization's recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all business units. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensures alignment with workforce planning, and drives employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with business leaders and HC colleagues to build talent pipelines, support diversity and inclusion, and implement innovative, data-driven recruitment practices that fulfil Tracker's strategic objectives.

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Leads the development and execution of a future-focused talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Builds strong partnerships with senior leaders, designs fair and compliant recruitment frameworks, and drives employer branding initiatives.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor on talent trends and candidate assessment, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective communication.
  • Focuses on sourcing scarce skills, leveraging analytics, and strengthening collaboration with assessment centres and external networks.
Driving Recruitment Operations
  • Oversees and optimises the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality hires, and excellent candidate experience.
  • Drives continuous improvement in processes, systems, and technologies, including ATS usage.
  • Manages external partners and delivers data-driven insights on key recruitment metrics.
  • Establishes a Recruitment Centre of Excellence, strengthens sourcing strategies, builds talent pools, ensures compliance through audits, and equips hiring managers with effective interviewing skills.
Talent Pipelines and Workforce Planning
  • Guides proactive talent pipeline development for critical roles using data, market insights, and networking.
  • Partners with leadership to align hiring with workforce planning, anticipates future skills needs, and supports diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Builds external partnerships to access underrepresented talent and monitors diversity metrics across hiring processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment services meet business needs.
  • Provides strategic insights, tracks service delivery performance, gathers feedback, and drives continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and recruitment outcomes.
  • Manages departmental financial performance, including budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), cost control, and reporting.
  • Monitors operational metrics, ensures revenue tracking, drives efficiency initiatives, and ensures accountability for cost management and financial compliance.
People Management
  • Builds and leads high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Promotes a positive work environment, ensures adherence to company policies, supports employee growth, and aligns team performance with organisational goals.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensures adherence to all recruitment-related legislation, policies, and governance standards.
  • Maintains data integrity, manages audit requirements, enforces risk controls, and ensures service level agreements are met to support business continuity and minimise risk.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to sourcing for a wide array of positions including specialist and scarce skill roles.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in Talent Acquisition, running a recruitment team within a corporate or a recruitment agency environment.
  • Experience running large volume-based recruitment campaigns leveraging various recruitment platforms.
  • Experience working with psychometrics and assessment tools.
  • A proven track record in implementing talent acquisition analytics and implementing such insights to improve recruitment practices and outcomes.
