Purpose of the PositionThe Senior Human Resource Practitioner is responsible for the administration of sound human resource activities in line with legislative requirements. The incumbent must provide guidance and render support to all employees regarding general HR enquiries (i.e. benefits, development, and performance management).
Minimum RequirementsApplicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 (NQF level 4), a 3 year National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification. Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage. At least 3 years of HR experience within a generalist HR environment, sound knowledge of HR legislation, HR Payroll, and Performance Management System.
