Job Description
Main job function 
- Registration of subdivision, consolidation and servitudes.
- Opening of sectional and township registers.
- Drafting of commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial) for institutions such as Standard Bank, Nedbank, Investec, Grindrod (African bank) etc.
- Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication and liaising with relevant parties.
- Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.
- Facilitating and finalizing cancellations.
- Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Grade 12
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience working in a conveyancing environment.
- Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank.
- Strong FICA knowledge.
