Retail Operations & Training Manager

A leading international luxury beauty brand is seeking a polished, commercially driven Retail Operations & Training Manager to lead retail performance, staff development, operational excellence and brand execution across Gauteng.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, coaching retail teams and ensuring premium brand standards across multiple retail environments. This role requires a strong combination of luxury retail operations, people development, event execution and relationship management expertise. Travel within Gauteng is required.

• Matric and a valid driver's license
• Minimum 5 years' experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare or fragrance retail
• Luxury retail experience essential.
• Proven experience in retail operations, sales management and staff coaching
• Make-up qualification advantageous
• Strong merchandising, stock control and promotional experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills

• Drive regional sales performance and counter profitability
• Train, coach and develop retail and counter staff
• Execute launches, promotions and in-store events
• Manage merchandising, stock availability and operational standards
• Build strong retailer and store management relationships
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management initiatives
