• Appropriate Teaching Qualifications
• SACE Registered
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate
• Previous management and leadership experience in a school environment
• Strong understanding of school operations, academics, learner discipline, staff management, and educational leadership
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, support, and manage staff while maintaining strong academic standards

• Assisting with the overall management and daily operations of the school
• Academic oversight and quality assurance
• Staff support, monitoring, and development
• Learner discipline and behaviour management
• Parent communication and relationship management
• Assisting with school systems, policies, and implementation of educational standards
• Supporting school leadership and strategic planning
