• The ideal candidate could have any level of recruitment experience, ideally in GTM SaaS or a related field.
• As an alternative, the candidate would have unrelated recruitment experience but the personality traits of a salesperson as a strong and fluid communicator who would be able to capture the attention of a candidate pool that may need some education on the type roles we are recruiting for.
• Knowledge of the "SDR" role is an advantage.
• Professional operator keen to work internationally with candidates and other team members.
