Full-Time Position
Location: V8 Roadhouse, Hartbeespoort

V8 Roadhouse is looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Manager who can run a busy floor, lead a strong team, and deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role is for someone who understands hospitality from the ground up and knows how to keep standards tight while still creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or senior supervisory role in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service instincts and problem solving ability.
• Ability to stay calm, decisive, and organised during peak service.
• Solid understanding of reservations, seating flow, and floor management.
• Knowledge of bar, coffee, and food service operations.
• Strong communication skills with staff, guests, and management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Managing all front of house operations during service.
• Leading, scheduling, and supervising FOH staff.
• Ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained.
• Handling guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Overseeing reservations, waitlists, and seating to maximise flow and guest experience.
• Coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Training, mentoring, and holding staff accountable to V8 Roadhouse standards.
• Monitoring stock, breakages, and daily FOH operational needs.
