Housekeeping Manager - Luxury Hotel Cape Winelands

Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Housekeeping Manager to lead a housekeeping team in a luxury hotel environment.

You will be responsible for managing the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Control stock, inventory, and departmental budgets
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas
• Handle guest feedback and ensure service excellence
• Implement and maintain SOPs and safety standards

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Strong communication skills
