Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an experienced and hands on Hotel Duty Manager to join a busy, modern hotel in Cape Town.

As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day to day hotel operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
• Manage guest relations and handle complaints professionally
• Support Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams
• Ensure service standards and operational procedures are maintained
• Conduct daily checks and ensure the property is well presented
• Assist with staff supervision and shift management
• Handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
• Strong operational knowledge of hotel departments
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Strong guest service focus
• Well presented with strong communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
