To design, develop, and deliver learning programs incollaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while supporting changeadoption in a fast-paced project environment. Initially, the role will focus ongeneralist responsibilities light-touch facilitation, basic change support, andLMS management with the expectation to evolve into a versatile L&Dprofessional capable of handling advanced instructional design, digitallearning, and structured change management.

Learning Design & Development
  • Conductbasic training needs analysis aligned with project and businesspriorities.
  • Collaboratewith SMEs to co-create learning content (classroom, virtual, ande-learning).
  • Developtraining materials and quick reference guides using tools such asArticulate, Scribe, Canva, and Bob Learn.
Facilitation & Delivery
  • SupportSMEs during initial training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery andlearner engagement.
  • Transitionownership of training delivery after the first tranche, leading refreshersessions and ongoing capability-building workshops.
  • Deliverinteractive sessions using blended learning approaches under tighttimelines.
Change Enablement (Light-Touch)
  • Actas a change support resource, reinforcing key messages and adoptionstrategies.
  • Assistin basic communication and engagement activities to support systemrollouts.
  • Applyfoundational change principles (e.g., awareness, reinforcement) withoutfull-scale Prosci-level execution.
LMS Administration
  • Managethe Learning Management System (LMS) for course uploads, user tracking,and reporting.
  • Ensureaccurate learner progress data and compliance reporting.
  • Gatherlearner feedback and update content for relevance and impact.
  • Supportthe evolution of L&D practices toward digital learning and advancedchange management.
Requirements
  • Minimum:National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management, Education,Training & Development, or a related field.
  • Preferred:Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Education.
  • ProsciChange Management Certification or similar (advantageous for futuregrowth).
  • 4years experience in L&D, including design and delivery of trainingprograms.
  • Exposureto project management environments and digital learning tools.
