A learnership is a structured programme that combines theoretical training with practical, on-the-job experience. It allows participants to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working and learning in a real-world environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their skills and gain valuable work experience in the food manufacturing industry.
