Junior B2B External Sales Rep - Grow with Commission
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior External Sales Representative to join a fast-paced business solutions company in Cape Town.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of external business-to-business (B2B) sales experience who wants to grow into a high-earning corporate sales career.
You'll be responsible for finding new business, managing relationships, and selling a range of office technology products - including copiers, printers, PABX systems, and IT hardware and software - to corporate clients.
What You'll Do- Identify and contact potential business customers.
- Make 30-40 cold calls per day and set up client meetings.
- Present business solutions and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Convert leads into new accounts and repeat business.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and report progress to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 1+ year external B2B sales experience (required).
- IT knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong drive to meet targets and earn commission.
- Must have own reliable transport and valid driver's licence.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
- Basic salary: R10,000 - R18,000 per month
- Plus: Petrol allowance
- Earned commission
- Ongoing training and mentorship provided
