Essential Requirements- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in internal sales or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organisational capability
- Customer focused with a commercial mindset
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities
