Job Title: Immigration Paralegal - U Visa Cases

Location: Onsite - Guatemala/El Salvador

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with hands on experience handling U Visa (Form I-918) cases to support a U.S. immigration law firm. The role focuses on post submission case management, client communication, and preparing documentation for USCIS review.

• Review humanitarian case files during the post submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918.
• Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence.
• Conduct client interviews to gather case information and draft supporting declarations.
• Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review.
• Monitor case progress and maintain accurate documentation within case management systems.

• Experience handling U Visa (I-918) immigration cases.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast paced legal environment.
