A U.S. immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to handle U-Visa cases. The role involves managing case files post-submission, preparing documentation for USCIS, and communicating with clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of USCIS processes and excellent organizational skills. The position is onsite in Guatemala/El Salvador and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
