The RoleThis dynamic role places you at the heart of the school's daily operations. You will provide critical support to the Headmaster, ensuring the smooth administrative running of the school and making a meaningful impact on our community through exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Skills and Competencies- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to engage professionally with all stakeholders.
- Interpersonal: A genuine people person who is mature, empathetic, and professional when dealing with students, parents, and prospective families.
- Integrity: High level of discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Efficiency: Deadline-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex data and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: A proactive team player who can also work independently; punctual, dependable, and flexible.
- Attitude: A positive outlook and a good sense of humour.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant (experience within an educational environment is highly advantageous).
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the unique administrative challenges and requirements within a school setting.
- Education: A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Technical: Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
