First National Bank (FNB) invites recent graduates from South Africa to apply for the FNB Graduate Trainee Programme 2026/2027. The programme is fully funded and available to African students.
EligibilityApplicants must be in the final year of an undergraduate degree in one of the following programmes:
- Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, etc.)
- Actuarial science
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Engineering
- Marketing
- Human resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Information systems
- Computer science
Other degrees are also considered on a case by case basis.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Implement role responsibilities with careful and timely planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information.
- Participate in business innovation and contribute to goal achievement.
- Share knowledge and participate in projects to maximise required skills and career development.
- Manage the Graduate Development Project by completing training assignments.
- Enhance skills and abilities through training attendance.
- Track progress to improve performance.
- Demonstrate and uphold business values.
