Executive Housekeeper - Luxury Coastal Hotel

Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to join a renowned luxury hotel situated along South Africa's iconic Garden Route.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, leading successful teams, and delivering a world-class guest experience within a luxury hotel environment.

The successful Candidate should have:

• Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Experience managing housekeeping operations, public areas, and laundry functions
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards
• Experience with staff training, SOP implementation, and performance management
• Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and housekeeping cost management
• Computer literacy and experience using OPERA Cloud advantageous
• Ability to work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and senior hotel management teams
• A professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach

The role will involve overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, managing room readiness, leading and motivating the housekeeping team, conducting inspections, managing stock and linen control, and maintaining luxury presentation standards throughout the property.
