Associate Consultant, Global Advisory Services

Real World Commercial Solutions (RWCS) is the global strategy arm of IQVIA, dedicated to advancing the life sciences ecosystem through evidence based strategies, commercial analytics, and advisory services in brand strategy, portfolio analysis, launch excellence, commercial model design, digital health optimisation, and value & payer evidence.

As an Associate/Associate Consultant you will support the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects for leading organisations in the life sciences industry.

• Conduct primary and secondary research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key client issues.
• Translate data into meaningful insights and communicate recommendations to key decision makers.
• Identify strategic alternatives to client questions using business experience and acumen.
• Create reports, presentations, and workshops for client stakeholders as part of an experienced team.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through engagement delivery and learning opportunities.
• Supervise junior team members independently and collaboratively.
• Assist in proposal development and writing with senior support.
• Attend, support, and present at client meetings.
• Contribute to learning, development, and recruiting efforts.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, economics, business or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, or a PhD with commercial experience.
• Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem solving skills.
• Prior experience in commercial or strategy consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshops, and business reports.
• Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of key issues and developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• High interest in healthcare and life sciences.
• Understanding of consulting methodologies and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of generative AI and its application in business problem solving (preferred).
• Adaptability, quick learning, and willingness to apply new knowledge.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Right to work in the country of application.
