Warehouse Admin - VereenigingReport To: Warehouse Controller
Purpose: To ensure the efficient coordination and control of all administrative processes within the boards warehouse, supporting accurate stock management, smooth order processing, and effective communication between the warehouse, sales team, and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities- 1. Administration & Documentation
- Capture and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Process goods received notes (GRNs), delivery notes, and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and manual).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with company procedures.
- Capture stock movements accurately on the system.
- Assist with stock counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock systems.
- Support stock audits when required.
- 3. Receiving & Dispatch Support
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- 4. System & Data Management
- Update ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Generate reports related to stock, attendance, or productivity.
- 5. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with warehouse staff, sales teams, and management.
- Assist with resolving delivery or stock queries.
- Communicate operational issues to supervisors.
- 6. Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure documentation complies with audit requirements.
- Support health and safety administrative requirements.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.

- Teamwork and reliability.
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain (advantageous).

- 2-3 years administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
