Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Monitor employee performance review cycles and assist managers with documentation.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HRIS systems is an advantage.
