Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Human Resources Coordinator to support and enhance our HR operations in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Monitor employee performance review cycles and assist managers with documentation.
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HRIS systems is an advantage.
Working Hours
  • Flexible remote working schedule.
  • Standard working hours aligned with business needs (typically 8 hours per day).
  • Occasional requirement to accommodate different time zones.
