Vice President of Operations

We're on the search for a Vice President of Operations on behalf of our client a global manufacturer in the food packaging industry. If you have demonstrated senior leadership experience in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments such as packaging, food, consumer goods, plastics, or similar continuous operations, this could be the role for you.

The Vice President, Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership during a period of significant growth and transformation. This role is critical to ensuring leadership continuity ahead of a planned retirement in 2027 and is designed to enable a thoughtful transition while strengthening operational performance and organizational capability.

The successful candidate will lead with accountability for overall manufacturing performance, safety, quality, and operational execution of a key facility. As the organization grows, the role offers the opportunity to expand into broader, multi-site operational leadership, contributing as a key member of the senior leadership team and helping to scale the business for its next phase of growth.
