Training Facilitator - Clothing & Textile

Location: Cape Town (with national travel)

Employment Type: Full time

We are looking for an experienced Training Facilitator with strong hands on clothing manufacturing and sewing expertise to deliver practical, skills based training within the clothing and textile sector. This role is suited to individuals who can confidently transfer sewing skills to others and are ready to make an immediate impact in developing work ready talent.

Key Requirements
  • Extensive practical sewing and clothing manufacturing experience (essential)
  • Proven ability to train and transfer technical skills
  • Experience working in the clothing manufacturing sector
  • Facilitator/Assessor (FP&M SETA registered) - advantageous
  • Experience with learnerships and youth/unemployed learners - advantageous
  • Must be mobile with own transportWilling and able to travel extensively across South Africa (non negotiable)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse learners

Note: This role requires practical industry experience - recent graduates without hands on sewing expertise will not be suitable.
