Our client in Port Elizabeth has an incredible opportunity for a Technical Admin Assistant to join their team! You will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Technical Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Department, including email management, diary coordination, correspondence, filing, and general organization.
- Support the team with the national client sign-up/onboarding process, ensuring required steps are completed timeously.
- Assist in compiling and maintaining data-driven reports and supporting documentation for DAFF audits, Euro-GAP audits, and Siza processes.
- Handle routine client communication, responding to queries and directing requests appropriately to ensure effective service.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for the team when required.
- Arrange and manage client meeting schedules, including setting appointments as needed.
- Ensure accurate, on-time capturing and updating of client data, maintaining reliable records.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration across teams by coordinating between Technical, Operations, Information, and Finance departments.
- Matric (Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage).
- Strong MS Excel ability (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs).
