Job Title: Tech Recruiter (RPO)

Salary: R40,000 - R70,000 per month (excluding commission)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a mid to senior level Tech Recruiter to join a high-performing RPO team based in Century City. This role focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent across a range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and talent markets, and be confident working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including developers, engineers, and IT professionals
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role specifications
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive tech talent
• Conduct technical screening and present high-quality shortlists
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and talent market insights
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activities

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in tech recruitment (RPO or agency)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology
• Proven sourcing capability across multiple platforms
• Ability to assess technical candidates effectivelyStrong stakeholder management skills
• Based in or willing to commute to Century City
