We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People Team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple regions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience. You will play a key role in shaping and executing sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple regions and functions.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from role briefing to offer management.
Candidate Identification & Assessment
- Identify, engage, and qualify high-quality candidates aligned to business needs.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and strategic priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of departmental KPIs, OKRs, and upcoming projects to proactively plan hiring activity.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability.
- Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline conversion rates).
- Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Onboarding & Talent Experience
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires across assigned regions.
- Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through to day-one experience.
- Partner with People/HR teams to enhance the employee onboarding journey.
- Work closely with the international People Team on cross-regional hiring initiatives and HR projects.
- Support broader talent and organisational projects such as workforce planning, diversity hiring initiatives, and process improvements.
- Contribute to building scalable, efficient recruitment processes globally.
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition in the IT sector, ideally in an international or multi-region environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in active sourcing and pipeline building.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, PinPoint).
- AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes, with a proactive and open mindset towards adopting new technologies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics.
- English fluency is a must for day to day tasks. Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French or Dutch) would be highly valued
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
