What You Bring to the Table: Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in training and quality, including two to four years in progressive management roles. Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills to enhance training delivery and streamline operations. Organizational Mastery: Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team, fostering a professional environment centered around service excellence and quality.
