Senior Operations Specialist

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key fleet partners through structured Business Reviews and ongoing performance check ins.
• Build strong relationships with fleet decision makers and act as their trusted performance advisor.
• Analyze KPIs using internal dashboards and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Apply performance frameworks (such as Fleet Health Score) to identify risks, growth opportunities, and operational gaps.
• Design and execute retention strategies to prevent churn and strengthen long term partnerships.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities including vehicle expansion, driver engagement programs, branding initiatives, and financing participation.
• Lead root cause analysis for underperforming fleets and coordinate cross functional solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Legal, and Central Operations to align on priorities and resolve complex challenges.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and deliver structured monthly performance reporting.

• 4+ years of experience in B2B account management, operations, mobility, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing strategic client relationships and driving measurable performance improvements.
• Confidence presenting insights and leading business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable operating in fast paced environments.
