Our client in the legal services industry isseeking a highly capable Mid-Senior level HR Administrator with extensive experience within a corporate firm or the legal servicesindustry. This role is designed for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage high volumes of administrative work across multiple HR functions. The ideal candidate must be exceptionally organized, possessing a sharp memory to retain critical information while pivoting between various tasks and projects.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities 1. EmployeeLifecycle & Asset Management- Maintainand update comprehensive employee records, including ID documents, qualifications, and contracts.
- Lead the onboarding process, including system setup and induction coordination.
- Facilitate offboarding through exit interviews, system terminations, and asset retrieval.
- Manage employee asset allocation, tracking IT equipment and facility access.
- Support end-to-end recruitment: candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and conducting reference/background checks.
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist with performance review cycles, tracking probation feedback and ensuring timely completion of appraisals.
- Support payroll processes by managing leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and salary change inputs.
- Resolve payslip queries and conduct periodic leave audits.
- Ensure all HR activities remain compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain HR databases with high accuracy and support system improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on headcount, recruitment metrics, and productivity tracking.
- Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and track training participation.
- Support the Practice Manager with budget tracking and policy implementation.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years in an HR administrative role, with 5 years mandatory experience within a corporate or law firm environment essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HR/Payroll systems.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a "zero-error" approach.
- Absolute discretion when handling sensitive legal and personnel information.
- Ability to retain information between tasks and manage shifting priorities without losing focus.
- Precise accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Professional stakeholder engagement skills suitable for a corporate legal environment
