Senior ER Specialist - IR/CCMA Expert

Minopex in Woodmead is searching for an experienced Employee Relations (IR) Specialist to support management in handling Labour law processes and maintain positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of South African labour laws and experience in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include managing grievance processes, advising management on risks, and representing the company at hearings. A minimum of 5 years in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations is required, along with a relevant degree.
