Job Description
RecruitMyMom is looking for a Senior Collections Agent in Sandton, South Africa. This role requires overseeing the accounts receivable process and maintaining optimal cash flow by managing high-volume accounts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software are essential. A background in the car rental industry is preferred but not mandatory.
