Sales Agent

Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for an entry-level Sales Agent who is eager to learn, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, communicative, and excited to begin a career in sales with hands on support and development.

• Engage with potential customers to introduce products and services
• Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads
• Communicate clearly with prospects to understand needs and provide accurate information
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities
• Collaborate with teammates to meet shared sales goals
• Learn and apply effective sales techniques in real-world scenarios

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passed Grade 12/Matric
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
• Motivation to meet goals and contribute to team success
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Basic computer literacy

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales
• Comfort speaking with customers over the phone or in person

• Ongoing sales training and professional development
• Clear pathways to roles with increased responsibility, such as Senior Sales Agent or Team Lead
• Opportunities to broaden skills by working with different products, campaigns, and sales strategies
