Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the right departments or individuals.
  • Receptionist experience from min of 2 years.
  • Grade 12 / Matric Certification
  • Ensure urgent messages are escalated appropriately and handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat, polished reception area that reflects the company's professional image.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc duties and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
  • Availability to work during standard office hours, with occasional flexibility as required.
  • Notify employees when their visitors arrive.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, email, internet)
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
