Job Description
Responsibilities & Requirements 
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the right departments or individuals.
- Receptionist experience from min of 2 years.
- Grade 12 / Matric Certification
- Ensure urgent messages are escalated appropriately and handled efficiently.
- Maintain a neat, polished reception area that reflects the company's professional image.
- Assist management with ad-hoc duties and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
- Availability to work during standard office hours, with occasional flexibility as required.
- Notify employees when their visitors arrive.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, email, internet)
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
