Job Description

POSITION STATEMENT

To ensure accurate record keeping on receipting and issuing of stock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create purchase orders and receipt supplier invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding supplier documentation.
  • Process supplier returns.
  • Issue stock to contractors and internal staff.
  • Create sales orders and job cards.
  • Check and Process stock returns.
  • Manage inter-site and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Assist with stock takes, capture counts, and report variances.
  • Compile and send reports to internal teams.
  • Scan and file documentation accurately.
  • Willing to work after hours or weekends when required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in stock control, warehouse administration, or procurement will be an advantage.
  • MC Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet
